New Perspectives

A new home to live in for a family who decided to abandon the city for a villa with larger spaces.

The design idea takes inspiration from the garden surrounding the house and transfers the natural materials and colors inside with a free conformation of the space and a clean and essential design. The villa, which is developed on three levels, has the entrance on the central floor, in front of a turquoise wall identifies the dining table area illuminated by the suspension Honicè by Masiero . The center of the space is softly occupied by the Papilo sofa by Ditre .

A long bookcase accompanies the functions of the living area up to the kitchen: the shelves are placed next to the fireplace structure, which becomes a bench under the window and finally gives way to the display cases and the storage columns. Carefully studied solutions, yet apparently spontaneous.

The kitchen is designed by Ciesse cucine . It develops in a functional L-shape with the central island flanked by a crescent-shaped top, making the snack more convivial even for a quick meal.

The guest bathroom, with simple and compact lines, is characterised by the presence of the Depth sink by Lago which plays with the sense of emptiness of the transparent glass hinged on an eight-centimetre shelf.

The staircase with its essential development is hidden by a wall of vertical wooden slats and leads to the sleeping area occupied by the three bedrooms. Here too the project is enriched with precious details: the bedside tables and the console in the bedroom, the wardrobe in the corridor and the flooring in the bathroom, where the parquet slowly gives way to stoneware slats. Noble materials, light and warmth, pure materials and colors for a satisfying aesthetic. In the tavern, located on the lower floor, there is a second living room, but also a guest bathroom and the practical laundry room.

The master bathroom has a shower in a niche and a free-standing tub. The parquet floor in the sleeping area slowly gives way to stoneware strips. The furnishings are completed by a convenient washbasin cabinet with a support bowl.

The master bedroom is played on the blue and gold color of the wallpaper. The bedside tables and the makeup console with the mirror were made to design.

The custom-made wardrobes feature the motif of the vertical slats that become handles for opening the doors.
