Casa del teatro
The past of this house, with its heart of stone, with its flying buttresses, with its windows that split the thick walls, has remained imprinted on the walls. The project has preserved the soul of the house intact with the airy combination of empty and full spaces. A large void opens up in the wall between the living room and the bedroom, creating an unexpected introspection between the two spaces.
The living area is illuminated by a high balcony overlooking the alleys of the historic center.
A small hallway leads to the bedroom and bathroom. The back wall of this space has been painted turquoise and a small bench with coat racks has been created.
The apartment is furnished with pieces collected by the owner of the house, comparing pieces of design, contemporary art, local ceramics, ethnic artifacts and classic furniture in a mix of unusual combinations.
